Huge Win for the Defense in Chrystul Kizer Case

The Wisconsin Supreme Court recently decided that Chrystul Kizer should be allowed to present an affirmative defense. That means that she can argue that she did not commit a crime because her actions were the direct result of being sex trafficked. This is a huge win for the defense.
